Personal Blog
Cabo has become such a special part of my travel journey, especially since it’s just a short flight from Orange County, California. I’ve been lucky to visit many times—for family vacations, bachelorette parties, weddings, and girls’ trips—and each visit has felt completely different in the best way.
I’ve gone snorkeling, ridden horses along the beach, swam with dolphins, and taken sunset cruises out to see the famous El Arco. One of my favorite things about Cabo is its blend of luxury resorts and rejuvenating spa experiences. It’s the kind of place where you can spend the entire day just relaxing—enjoying the hotel pools, buffets, and all the perks of an all-inclusive stay.
Cabo’s nightlife never disappoints. I’ve had so many fun nights out at places like Señor Frog’s, El Squid Roe, and El Vaquero—great music, lively crowds, and unique drinks.
One of the most memorable experiences I’ve had was the dolphin encounter. We got to interact with them up close—hugging them, giving them kisses, and even being pushed across the water by their noses in a “foot push.” They performed tricks, responded to our commands, and made everyone laugh with their playful personalities. You could really feel how intelligent and gentle they were. It was heartwarming and something I’d absolutely do again.
El Arco, Cabo’s iconic rock formation, has stood for centuries as a natural gateway between the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. Local legends say it was once a gathering place for fishermen and travelers, which adds to its historical charm. Today, knowing its story makes experiencing this breathtaking landmark even more meaningful. Cabo is one of my favorite destinations, where I’ve made many memories.
